According to David Tatnall there are around 200  large format photographers in Australia. Many of these do not have much to do with each other.  An exception was The Friends of Photography Group,  a group of  Melbourne based large  format  photographers, who  went on  large  format field trips within Victoria.   It was an embryonic network of large format photographers in Australia that came to an end in mid-2021  after the Lorne field trip.    I linked up with the group towards the end.
